“The hardest part is putting on your shoes” and other entrepreneurial lessons from a marathon.
Speaker: Kevin Green
Kevin’s professional career includes success in corporate environments and multiple entrepreneurial ventures of his own. His true passion is participating in marathons and distance/endurance events.
He hiked the Appalachian Trail (2,160 miles!) by himself and has run in countless marathons across the country. Kevin found parallels between those physical tests and the entrepreneurial/startup journey.
At our August meetup, Kevin will share his lessons from the (literal) road and motivate you to get started and push forward in your business.
What to Expect
Our monthly Third Thursday Meetup is a casual hangout to welcome the newest members of our entrepreneurial community and reconnect with the regulars. Find out what everyone is up to, how we can help, and cheer each other on!
These meetups are a great time to have some beers, celebrate victories, share horror stories about clients from hell and missed deadlines, and unwind with fellow trailblazers.
- 7pm-8pm: Hangout and mingle with excellent people
- 8pm-9pm: Discussion of the topic-of-the-month
